Payoneer card information

Hi
i have an account in payoneer .. Today they send me an email for verficiation e.g. upload ID Card or passport

so i upload my National ID Card but the problem is in that ID card my home address is old and we shift now from that address so what should i do ?

is this verification for card or something else

also i want to receive payoneer card ?

Can't order card even tho i have 43€ on it.

Hello,

As the title states I have a balance of 43€ which is more than the equivalent of 30$ but I still can't order a card.

That being said I did contact the support and they said :
"The option to order the card will become automatically available on your online Payoneer account once you have received at least $30 (or the USD equivalent) in payments, not including in-network payments (Make a Payment) and payments from e-wallets such as PayPal or Skrill."
Ok, now I got that part, the part I did not get is how the hell on earth am I supposed to receive my card..the balance I had was from a stripe account that i own.

I am in the drop shipping business which means that I always need cash flow in order to fulfill my clients orders..
The only way I can make ads so I can get more clients & more cash flow is using the money I earned which is ON THIS ACCOUNT
I cannot link my bank account to PayPal & use my funds and I cannot transfer them to my local bank account "Minimum is 1000"
Now I simply do not know what I should do in order to actually receive my card & start using it..
If anyone has a solution, please do tell I will be forever grateful to you.
If there is none I guess I just lost 40$ which is better than a few thousands..

Some infos that might help :
I currently live in Algeria.
My store is located within Shopify database.
I can backup all the required documents.
I would like to access my money so i can keep making money.. :smiley:

Hello there , To verify my account payoneer wants the following.
Provide a proof of residence which specifies the address of the university dormitory.
Bank document or
University issued proof of dormitory or
receipt/statement of dormitory tuition/fees
I don't know what are these documents. Please guide me what are they so i can upload to verify my account.

Hi all

What bank I should write when create new Bank account?
Citibank N.A doesn't exist in list of banks, but Citigroup exist.
Citibank N.A the same Citigroup or not? If not, should I select Others and write Citibank N.A by hand?

I've tried use "Citigroup", money returned with message Citigroup doesnt' know such account
I've tried write "Citibank N.A", money returned with message routing number (ABA) incorrect.

Hello. I'm from Ecuador, i sent a withdraw request 2 days ago but the money didn't reach my Banco del Pacífico bank account yet. It's my first time using this method since i got my first pay through Payoneer and i don't have the card yet (not aproved yet for "uknown" reason). So if there's any other person from my country that uses that bank i would like to know the opinion. Thank you.

Hello. I ordered the card three years ago, but I didn’t use it, the balance was always zero, that is, card activation and withdrawal of $ 29.95 was not made. If I start using it now, will they only charge me $ 29.95 for activation, or also $ 29.95 for each year of inactivity?

Hi all.

I am getting error messages when trying to live chat and the email responses I am receiving are automated not answering my problem....

My ticket numbers are [190607-010754] [190607-010896]

I have read these threads of people having the same problem of connecting their Payoneer account to Paypal.

I have a valid credit card linked to my Paypal account? And have recently made purchases this way so the card is not the problem? What do I need to do get this fixed please? I have attached the screenshot of the error message to both my queries?

Warning! Payoneer's anti-fraud algorithm is closing accounts based on IP

My friends and me applied for a Payoneer card. Registration was correct, submitted IDs (different info: names, numbers, addresses). We received our cards, activated them and everything was OK. But we made a big mistake! We signed up using the same computer. Two months after being approved, all our accounts were blocked by a stupid algorithm. I know this topic is taboo, nobody talks about it, the only information you'll get is "account closed for undisclosed reasons". "Account Blocked! (#MA104)" [Yes, same error code for inactivity closing.]
People have the right to know that your anti-fraud algorithm is STUPID! Why don't you ask to submit additional documents, do a phone verification or whatever?
It's time for self-criticism. I know you have an absolute monopoly.

My believe is that anti-fraud algorithm is STUPID. I received just 2 payments from POPADS company in last three years. I was inactive for last more than year. Now on card expiry, i ordered new card. But right after clicking on "Submit Order" button, STUPID algorithm detected my activity against terms and conditions, and blocked my account. Now on contacting via email, i am getting auto responses, but pretending as human beings. Very bad business approach. I use a PC, shared with almost 10+ family persons (It might be a reason for stupid algorithm).

Country of Issue of the credit card!

Hi, I'm trying to use my USD card for a flight ticket (Iberia.com), but the website is asking me for the "Country of Issue of the Credit Card".

I've tried with Belice, Panama, USA and Saudi Arabia so far. None of those works!

I'd need a response asap, as I need that ticket for an urgent travel.

I cannot call to your callcenters as none of them is open right now (US closed, outside-US closed, Argentina closed, Spain closed).

I have no problems using the card in other sites, but Iberia.com asks for that info and I cannot proceed with the payment without it.

Any hint or info will be welcome.

As the title says. I want to change the beneficiary name of my "US" bank account that's located in the Global Payment Service section. I want to change it to my fiancee name. So she could be able to receive payments from her company to my bank account. cause she doesn't have a bank account and didn't want to have one. Thanks in advance. and sorry for bothering you guys.

Hello! I entered an account number in my payoneer account. It got approved. I received money and I transferred money to this bank account. However as I didn't receive the money I rechecked and found out that the bank account has a missing number.how to restore my money to my payoneer account please?

HI

when i signup to my account and i have 40 euro in my account then i was trying to withdraw but i saw that we need at least 50 EURO to withdraw amount .. but now i have 90 euro in my account and now when i try to withdraw money to my account then this shows that you need at least 100 EURO ..

why this is happens ?
