Is there anyone who can help me link my Gotranscript and payoneer account ?
I've already provided my payoneer's mail to Gotranscript.
These are The step to follow :
1.Go to page Receive -> Request a Payment
2.Request payment from GoTranscript company
Then it says " To enable Request a Payment, you must first receive at least 5,000.00 USD (or equivalent) via:

IBAN is incomplete in withdraw statement to bank - can this cause issues ? Payoneer BUG.
So i've been using Payoneer since 2016 and i've withdrawn my funds to my bank account (BRD) without problems.
This month i've opened a new account at ING bank and i added it successfully to Payoneer and I withdrawn some money to it but when I checked the statement, under 'Beneficiary account number' it should display my full IBAN number (all 24 characters) something like this RO08INGBXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,
but instead it only shows 16 numbers, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX so it's missing the first 8 characters - RO08INGB.
I checked almost all my withdraw statements to the old account (BRD bank) and on every single one of them has the full 24 characters IBAN (for that account) - RO76BRDEXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Furthermore, my sister is also on Payoneer and also has an account at ING Bank added to her profile so i've asked her to withdraw some money and check her statement and indeed it's the full IBAN on her statement as well, so RO08INGBXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Why on earth is it only 16 characters on my statement ?
Could this affect the withdraw ? - It's been 30 hours since i've made the withdraw and the money still didn't arrived. Keep in mind that my sisters money ARRIVED and she did the withdraw AFTER.

I Can't Access My Account, What Can I Do?
There are a number of different reasons why you would not be able to access your account. We'll cover some of the common reasons why in this thread, and will give you an opportunity to reply with your own problem if you are having issues accessing your account. We hope this thread will be helpful to help understand why you may be having issues accessing your account, with some pointers on what to do in these situations.
I Can Login, But My USD/GBP/EUR Balance Is Disabled!
Sometimes you may find that your account balances have been disabled. The reason that this happens can vary. However, the most common reason why this happens is because your account has entered a review.
At Payoneer, we periodically review your account and its activity. We do this for two reasons: first, for your safety, as it will help us identify if there has been any abnormal activity in your account or with your funds, and secondly, for regulatory reasons. Since we are a financial institution, we are at the behest of various different financial regulation and international laws. These regulations require us to be compliant at all times, so we have to review accounts to make sure that your account activity has not violated our terms and conditions.
In the case of these types of reviews, your account's balances and/or card are blocked to prevent you from receiving any payments. It makes sense, because we're unable to allow you to continue using your account until the review is over and you have been cleared. If there is a terms and conditions violation with your account, you will be notified of the next step, which would be account closure.
My Account Is Blocked!
If you see a message that your account had been blocked, and if you did not request that it was blocked, please check your e-mail inbox for any messages from us. You would receive a notice from us that says that there was a terms and conditions violation, and as a result, we blocked the account. In most cases, if your account was closed by our team, it would not be possible to reopen it. We're also not able to reveal the exact term, or exact reason why the account was closed past a violation of our terms and conditions.
My Password Is Not Accepted, Even After I Change It!
This is an issue that is fairly common. You may find that if you login using the same information, the information won't be accepted. So then, you change your password and find that the information is still not being accepted even though everything is correct. Here's the easy fix for this instance, feel free to try any step of these tips:
1) Reset your browser's cookies/cache. This is the solution for most technical-related issues, so you should always try this first. After clearing cookies/cache, try logging in again with the correct info.
2) Use a different browser, then try to login or reset the password again.
3) Use incognito mode/private browsing, then try to login or reset the password again.
If none of the above works, we suggest to contact our customer support team directly, so that they may contact the technical department and see what is going on.
I Am Trying To Change My Password/Send A Payment/Withdraw, But It Says Some Information Is Wrong!
When you try to change the password, you will typically need to enter in some security information, such as a security question, your username, phone number, and the date of birth. Please take the following in mind:
1) Your username is your e-mail address. If you receive Payoneer e-mails to a certain e-mail address, the e-mail address is your username. The username is always an e-mail address.
2) The date of birth is the date of birth that you entered when you applied for an account. Sometimes you may be unaware that you have made a mistake. The best way to know if your date of birth is correct is whether or not you have submitted a government issued ID or passport to us, and it was approved, verifying your account. If your account is verified, the date of birth will match that on your document. If it is not, and you suspect maybe there's an issue with your date of birth, please contact us for further steps.
3) You may need to reset your security question if you are making a withdrawal or sending a payment. This can be done easily by updating it in your online account.
If you're unaware of which information you are entering in incorrectly, or if you are sure that everything is correct, please follow the directions in the following prompt and clear cookies and cache. If it doesn't work, please contact our customer support team, as they can tell which information was incorrect and be able to advise you there.
I Forgot My Password, And I Cannot Reset It Because I Also Forgot My Phone Number/E-Mail!
This is also a common instance. If you don't remember the phone number, the best way to handle this situation is to contact our customer support team. They have a pretty detailed procedure in this and they can help you with a temporary password so that you can access your account.

When I receive withdraw statements from Payoneer they are marked with my personal name, for example"
WITHDRAWAL TO BANK ACCOUNT 43661820 CVETELINА USHATOVA
I'm requested from my accountant to change it to company name, e.g. Cvetolleta Ltd.

Please help me out. I'm trying to receive my payments from Freelancer directly to my Payoneer card but when I send my info on the "Already have a Payoneer account?" I keep getting this error "incorrect details"... And I'm quite sure I got them right.

My account is under review and temporarily blocked but I'm not receiving any updates from Payoneer
The past Wednesday (May 29th) when I tried to log in I received a message saying my account was blocked and that I should contact support. I did not receive an email notification, so I'm not 100% positive about the exact the date my account was blocked. As instructed, I contacted support via chat and I was informed that it was being reviewed, that the process may take a few days but that I should receive an update via email as soon as Payoneer reachs a decision. I was also informed that if I didn't receive any news by May 31st EOD I should contact support again.
The day after the incident (May 30th) I also sent a request via email in case that was faster. Again, I was told that I should receive an update soon. To be fair, that was an automatic reply so I just decided to wait until today (June 3rd).
Given the absolute lack of news or change in the status of my account, today I contacted support via chat for the second time. After verifying my identity and explain my situation, I was told to wait for a minute while the Payoneer assistant checked my case. To keep it short, my assistant disconnected and I was sent back to the end of the queue. A few minutes later I was reconnected. Not sure if it's relevant, but it was with the same person that assisted me the first time. In any case, I was told that my case was still being reviewed and that this time I should definitely, absolutely receive an update shortly.
I haven't receive any emails at all, my account is still blocked and I noticed the status of my request now appears as 'resolved'. I'm starting to run out of options and ideas, so I decided to ask here in case someone can guide me through this or tell me the right steps I should take in order to receive an update and a definitive answer to my situation.
Putting aside the fact that I use this account to run a legitimate business and that I didn't do anything different to what I've been doing for the past six years (and as far as I know, nothing that goes against the Terms & Conditions) I'm completely clueless about what happened. I have funds in that account that I currently can't use or withdraw and I'm nor receiving any updates, just being asked to keep waiting.
I know this may sound as a complaint and it's not my intention to demand anything. I'm just trying to emphasize the nature of the urgency for an update in a what I consider a reasonable period of time. I fully understand the rules, I know that you're not always going to reveal the reasons for a blocked account and that you'll hold the funds until the issue is solved, so I'll just have to be pragmatic, take a deep breath and skip that bit... but I'm honestly 100% lost and I feel I'm in the need of assistance. I'd just like to be as informed as possible about my situation. I'll keep being patient if that's what it takes, but as a customer, a prompt update would be really appreciated.

How do I get back funds to my Payoneer Card that the ATM did not give me?
So today (6/3/19) I went to the ATM and used my Payoneer card from withdrawing funds (around $113.5) and the ATM declined my card but I was charged with the withdrawal amount. I tried again yet, I did not get a single penny from the ATM.
I asked the bank and they denied of having any issues in the ATM machine itself and asked me to contact Payoneer.
I have never experienced something like this and I would like to know am I likely to get that money back? Because I see the transaction in the pending transactions list although I did not get the money.
