Echeck Issue
Hi, I've recently sent a payment of 500$ to my friend via paypal. But, after the transaction, I realized that, the payment was issued as an eCheck set to clear 8th May using my payoneer linked bank account. I don't have that amount in my payoneer. I'd like to know if there will be any issues? Can i cancel it? If so, How?

Linking Paypal
I am having a problem confirming my account on Paypal. The last message I got from Paypal is that they have sent 2 small deposits to the account but I don't know where or how to retrieve this information on Payoneer. ATM didn't dispense Cash - One Simple Question
Hey, i had a problem with an ATM that didn't dispense cash "7 days ago" and of course the amount was reduced from my payoneer account.
I already followed all the process, fill the form and submited a support ticket with documents......

Do internal account transfer of money from "USD balance" to "Prepaid Card"?

Maybe I'm missing something and can't find it in this forum:
How do I transfer or move money from my root "USD balance" folder to my "Prepaid Card - XXXX-abcd" folder? this is not a transfer to another person or external account, only internal to my account on Payoneer between 2 "folders" (or accounts)?

transfer between payneer EUR and USD wallet and from waller to payneer mastercard
i have some money in my EUR wallet where i´d transfered from my paypal connected to payneer EUR bank account
and that money indicated only on my payneer waller in EUR
not in USD wallet, not in payneer Mastercard
so how i can transfer that money to my payneer mastercard or to my other USD payneer wallet ?
coz it seems to my mastercard balance not conected to EUR wallet or maybe not connected to USD wallet too
what should i do ? to have ability pay those money in EUR wallen by my payneer mastercard which is emitted in USD.
1 transfer balance from my EUR wallet to USD wallet ?
2 i have to transfer directly to payneer mastercard ?
and how it possible to do?

Account is blocked
So basically i sold some items on a website, i wanted to cash out, there was an option for directly to the bank account, turns out it is through payoneer, so i made an account. Set up my bank while registering on payoneer. So i cashout on that website, and the money was sent by them. But i did not recieve it on payoneer. After 20mins i was not sure and i add another bank to the payoneer account (the same one that i used when registering). I then realised i already did add a bank. So i tried to delete the second one i created which is the same as the first. It deleted both for no reason. And then the add bank button dissapeard i tried to relog but i got a messege that my account is blocked and i couldnt login. Tried live chat, waited 30mins in queue and suddenly the chat window closed. Ok. I tried live chat again and i got an error saying there was a problem connecting to chat servers, but it works on other payoneer accounts which i tried. Now i can't access my account, can't access live chat. While my money is not on that website i wanted to cash out because it was alread cashed out. Great.

I was asked to verify a global payment!
Hello, I have been receiving funds via the global payments for months now. On the 11th of October a payment of $300 was made to me by a client and I was asked to verify the payment by answering some questions.
I have answered those question and am still waiting on my funds.
I have sent mails to support and is yet to get any feedback from them on my funds.
It's past 20days now.
How long is this suppose to take?

Global Payment Service for IRX tax refund
I want to use the Global Payment Service to receive a tax refund from the IRS (USA tax office). Can anyone from Payoneer confirm whether this is possible? Have others done this?

My Money Didn't Come Out from ATM but My Balance is Deducted
Hi, a couple hours ago I tried to withdraw my money using my Payoneer prepaid card at Bank Central Asia's ATM in Indonesia amounting to IDR 2,500,000 but the money did not come out and the screen said that my transaction cannot be processed. But when I check my Payoneer balance, it was deducted $183.15 while I didn't receive the money. Can you help resolve this issue and refund my money?
FYI, I have sufficient balance in my card of almost $2,000. The card is fine and I have used it several times before and its expiry date is still one year away. And when a couple minutes later I try to withdraw my money at another ATM at BNI's in Indonesia, the transaction was successful and I receive my money. So the problem must be at the previous ATM. Please help resolve the issue and refund my money. Thanks in advance.
