Integration with Freelancer.com

Hi, I am trying to set up the Global Payment Services US Account as a payment method on Freelancer.com but I can't find the following fields:
-Bank City/State
-Address 1
-Address 2 (if applicable)

I went through some posts in the forums and they said I have to contact the support.

I tried the Live Chat option but it always gives me the following error message:
"There was a problem connecting to the Chat Server."

I tried to email the support as well but I keep getting automated replies that aren't relevant to my specific issue. Not sure what to do anymore. I would really appreciate if a support agent could help me out here.

Also, I read that payments from Freelancer.com are received without any fees. Is that still valid? If there are any other caveats with Freelancer.com, I would be grateful if you let me know. Thank you!

Hello, I opened my Payoneer account a few years ago and it was not until last month that I got my first transaction. I have provided all the requisite documents as requested. Nevertheless, I received money which has been in the pending status for close to ten days now. i understand that you need to review the transactions and thus the pending status but it is now taking exceedingly long to have the funds available for withdrawal. Kindly advise on what to do since the funds are really crucial for a time-sensitive project.

There are a number of different reasons why you would not be able to access your account. We'll cover some of the common reasons why in this thread, and will give you an opportunity to reply with your own problem if you are having issues accessing your account. We hope this thread will be helpful to help understand why you may be having issues accessing your account, with some pointers on what to do in these situations.

I Can Login, But My USD/GBP/EUR Balance Is Disabled!
Sometimes you may find that your account balances have been disabled. The reason that this happens can vary. However, the most common reason why this happens is because your account has entered a review.

At Payoneer, we periodically review your account and its activity. We do this for two reasons: first, for your safety, as it will help us identify if there has been any abnormal activity in your account or with your funds, and secondly, for regulatory reasons. Since we are a financial institution, we are at the behest of various different financial regulation and international laws. These regulations require us to be compliant at all times, so we have to review accounts to make sure that your account activity has not violated our terms and conditions.

In the case of these types of reviews, your account's balances and/or card are blocked to prevent you from receiving any payments. It makes sense, because we're unable to allow you to continue using your account until the review is over and you have been cleared. If there is a terms and conditions violation with your account, you will be notified of the next step, which would be account closure.

My Account Is Blocked!
If you see a message that your account had been blocked, and if you did not request that it was blocked, please check your e-mail inbox for any messages from us. You would receive a notice from us that says that there was a terms and conditions violation, and as a result, we blocked the account. In most cases, if your account was closed by our team, it would not be possible to reopen it. We're also not able to reveal the exact term, or exact reason why the account was closed past a violation of our terms and conditions.

My Password Is Not Accepted, Even After I Change It!
This is an issue that is fairly common. You may find that if you login using the same information, the information won't be accepted. So then, you change your password and find that the information is still not being accepted even though everything is correct. Here's the easy fix for this instance, feel free to try any step of these tips:

1) Reset your browser's cookies/cache. This is the solution for most technical-related issues, so you should always try this first. After clearing cookies/cache, try logging in again with the correct info.

2) Use a different browser, then try to login or reset the password again.

3) Use incognito mode/private browsing, then try to login or reset the password again.

If none of the above works, we suggest to contact our customer support team directly, so that they may contact the technical department and see what is going on.

I Am Trying To Change My Password/Send A Payment/Withdraw, But It Says Some Information Is Wrong!
When you try to change the password, you will typically need to enter in some security information, such as a security question, your username, phone number, and the date of birth. Please take the following in mind:

1) Your username is your e-mail address. If you receive Payoneer e-mails to a certain e-mail address, the e-mail address is your username. The username is always an e-mail address.

2) The date of birth is the date of birth that you entered when you applied for an account. Sometimes you may be unaware that you have made a mistake. The best way to know if your date of birth is correct is whether or not you have submitted a government issued ID or passport to us, and it was approved, verifying your account. If your account is verified, the date of birth will match that on your document. If it is not, and you suspect maybe there's an issue with your date of birth, please contact us for further steps.

3) You may need to reset your security question if you are making a withdrawal or sending a payment. This can be done easily by updating it in your online account.

If you're unaware of which information you are entering in incorrectly, or if you are sure that everything is correct, please follow the directions in the following prompt and clear cookies and cache. If it doesn't work, please contact our customer support team, as they can tell which information was incorrect and be able to advise you there.

I Forgot My Password, And I Cannot Reset It Because I Also Forgot My Phone Number/E-Mail!
This is also a common instance. If you don't remember the phone number, the best way to handle this situation is to contact our customer support team. They have a pretty detailed procedure in this and they can help you with a temporary password so that you can access your account.

I have added a new bank account to my Payoneer account and wish to have future payments from my funding sources to be paid to the new account instead of the old one.

Also, I'd like to keep the old bank account details on my list of bank accounts, incase I ever need it for something in the future.

How do I make sure that the transfer is made to the correct (new) bank account with multiple accounts on my Payoneer account?

Hi.

I opened an account in skrill the other day, expecting already something to go in the wrong direction i decided to make a deposit of a few bucks to make a test if i would be able to withdraw it through my bank account, just to get this ''Bank not supported''

So i want to know what are the chances of that happening with payoneer and i end up with money stuck here too? my bank seems to have a functional ''swift code'' etc.

Hello every one , i have 2 years working with payoneer and everything was fine until 13 april when a chinese (i`m from spain) logged in into my account and he sent 22,5 k $ in 6 transactions in the same day . i didn`t know nothing until 16 april , when i checked myself my account and i seen there no money in my account . i contacted payoneer support , they asked me me some documents , and they investigating my case .they asked me this :
You have recently reported several Make-A-Payment transfers made from your account on 4/13/2019 for $22,500.00, as unauthorized. In order to investigate the matter and assist you in recovering full account security, we ask that you reply with the following:
1. Do you share access to your Payoneer account with anybody else?
2. Have you shared your card number and/or login details with any individual or company?
3. Do you know Caiqin Wang? Have you conducted any previous business with them?
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

i answered to them , i waited about a month to investigate and i get this response :

My name is Dan, and I'm part of Payoneer's Customer Care Management team.

Your situation and complaint concerning your recent Make a Payment transaction disputes were forwarded to me for a feedback and comments. Having reviewed the details of this unfortunate incident I feel it appropriate that I personally respond to you.

First, I am truly sorry to hear about your claim that your Payoneer account information has been compromised, and which takes up your time and causes you unnecessary frustration.

This is to confirm that following our review of this incident details, which included an extensive investigation and careful consideration, while we appreciate your unique circumstances and a significance of the disputed amounts, we confirm that the amounts in question cannot be refunded. Based upon our investigation we have determined that no error occurred and that transactions in question were authorized. Therefore the transactions are not eligible for credit to your Account.

Andrei, we take seriously every issue that is reported to us, and we aim to resolve each one as quickly as possible. Sometimes we decide that we are not able to do anything further about a specific claim. Our Complaint Procedure is enclosed.

So ....they said i authorizate that tranzactions but is not true . They can see that , but they dont want to refund the money , they said to try to resolve myself contacting the chinese .
so ....they can see that the chinese has logged in into my account from a different ip , another country , maybe china , but they dont want to share me this informations . they can see that i never transfered money to a different account . they can check the chinese account , maybe he withdraw the money in the same day .
i really need some help here because i dont want to lose this money , because is not my foult , and payoneer dont care about this .Maybe is a good idea to consult a lawayer ? Please any idea . Maybe here is someone that already happen this to him .

Hello,
I joined Payoneer to Recieve payments from ShareAsale
When I Add ShareAsale as a payment source I get an Error, I contacted The customer Service through Email, and Got no response since 8 days , I also Contacted them through the live Chat and I get an Error everytime I click live chat "There was a problem connecting to the Chat Server."

How can I contact this company?
P.S. I'm Using PC, Chrome browser + Windows 10

Hello everybody!

I have added my payoneer global payments bank account (euopean) to my paypal-account. Paypal sended so 0,01 Euro with an code in the reference to payoneer. I´ve received this payment already, but I do not find the code which paypal has sended with it!?
Can anybody help me in this case?

Also I´ve tried to get help from payoneer, but the online-chat seems to be offline since weeks.

It's been several business days i signed up and uploaded the required document for my payoneer account to be active. But it is still under review.
i could see one note that is -- "Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days."
I would like to request to review it faster so that i could use if efficiently.
