Hi, Please can anyone tell me that my account is locked again, again today, because I'm trying to link to my local bank account. There are three steps to complete the procedure first step ok, second step is also ok, last step puts my own information giving error to me. I remember my date of birth and password too! Please i need urgent help coz my supplier asking to ship orders to amazon warehouses but still didnt get statement to submit my account on amazon.

Payment pending delay
As payonner said, it takes time to approve payment for credit card payment for 2 business days. But I am facing delay since last month. It's been 4 days I my payment still not approved.
Customer care not working, it says "There has been an error with your request".
My Request ID: 2815485.

I have received over 300$ on my Payoneer account however i still cant order a card, it says i should receive 30$ first. I would consider withdrawing to bank account but the minimum amount is 1000$. How do i solve this?

How do I know the status of my account. I created an account days ago, and want to know what's the status of my account, i.e was it reviewed ? was it approved?
The live chat never worked for me.
It's so dubious that you don't interact with your clients and give them your attention. It makes me wonder if someday I had a conflict with Payoneer, or if my account had a problem and I couldn't have my money, how would I contact you ? All you say is "sorry" when I try live chat.
And by email, you don't even read it, the robot (software) answers me (automated answers).
If you know the answer to my question (go back to first line), I appreciate it.

Payment pending for 16 days
My payment (global eur) is pending for 16 days now. I’ve uploaded all requested information. After 7 days I opened a support ticket but haven’t recieved any answers. I opened a topic on this forum wich was removed because it contained private information.
If this doesn’t get resolved soon I will make an official complaint with the bank that issues IBAN account for Payoneer (Wirecard Bank AG) and the Federal reserve as well.
Ill keep you updated regarding the status of the complaints.

Card blocked, how to activate new card.
Hey guys.
So my card has been hacked and Payoneer blocked the card.
I contacted the online chat and they told me that a replacement card will arrive.
So my card arrived and I am not sure how am I supposed to activate it.
Am I supposed to make a new account for the new card or is there a way to activate the new card on my existing account?
Also, will my friend referrals be transferred onto my new card along with the funds? Cause I have a lot of them. Or had.

My Card was Blocked by Payoneer without any notification
Hi Payoneer,
I changed my profile address due to I have transferred my office to another location in the same city. After that, I found that Payoneer has blocked my card and I have some balance on this card too and also have made withdrawals those are pending. Am i supposed to reactivate that card or I also need to ask for a replacement?
I am also concerning that why my card was blocked without any notice even I just changed the address on my profile.

can i use payoneer global payment service--Euro Receiving Account iban and bic to receive this payment????
