Hello it has a lot of time that i am trying to link a bank account at my payoneer.
when i try to link the bank account i go to >Settings>Bank Accounts.But there is no optoion for linking a bank account.It says only :" You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time".

Can someone give me solution ???

I made a booking for a hotel in Russia at the hotel's own website and asked for the quote to be in GBP, since that's the currency of my Payoneer Mastercard. I was quoted GBP33.45 for RUB2804.40 - that's the rate quoted on xe.com. The Mastercard rate converts to GBP33.75. When the charge came through on my card, it was GBP41.68 That's a huuuuuuuge markup of around 24%!!!! I understand that rates fluctuate on a daily basis, but how is such a markup possible? I see that on my Payoneer account, it shows "1.00 RUB = 0.01 GBP" but obviously there are several further decimal points required when the conversion is between these two currencies. Mastercard gives the rate as 1 RUB = 0.012035 GBP. It looks like Payoneer has used a rate of 0.01486235.....

Hello, can anybody help me please?
Actually I have a payment to receive and I haven't a bank account added to payoneer even I had done it when I created my account. The problem is: I can't add a new bank cause this option is not visible for me when i go to "bank accounts". What should I do? Is this a bug? Can anybody help me please???

Hello. Can anybody help me? I don't open amazon seller account because they said me upload bank account statement. I can't find anywhere. I wrote email to payoneer and anybody doesn't answer me.

On the last step, after I've filled my ID number, I had to fill the name and city again. But when I type it, it says I had to use a valid name. I typed exactly what I typed on the first page. I tried it with my local language also. But it still didn't work. Could you guys tell me what's wrong? Thank you.

I paid a room on booking.com and it was a horrific experience and they should refund my money. Can they do it to the same Payoneer credit card that I used to pay? Or what is the proper process for this? How can I get the refund?

Good day,

I hope you can help me on this, it is the very first time it happens to me:

I made a purchase online for a considerable amount of money, but the payment was rejected and the money is not anymore in my account. What should I do to get that money back into my card account? It is a big amount to me and it would really affect me to lose it.

Hi, I received $100 to my payoneer account and i want to withdraw it to my local bank account. But to withdraw it's showing a limit of $1000 min and $10000 max which i can't have in my account anytime soon. Hi! I have written an article for a company based in Australia. Now I need to receive payment from them. I only have payoneer account. The company only supports payments with Paypal and SWIFT transfers.

How can I receive payments with Global Payment Service(or Payoneer, in general)? A message on the page of Global Payment Service of my account says that it only works for ACH transactions. This has confused me.

A detailed answer would be appreciated, as I'm new to online transactions.

Hi, 2 months ago i received a mail from payoneer saying that for better service they are providing me a new prepaid card and my old card will be canceled automatically. So i received a new card and requested a payment to my client from the new card. my client approved the payment on 9th may, but the money is not been added to my card yet..!! i have informed the issue through chat with customer service, talking with them on the help line twice, they are just saying that they had transferred the issue to the relevant department but no possible solutions till now..!! I am not getting the payment. Please help me out, i really had to get that money from my client.

Hello

I have PayPal account and everytime i do any purchases i got email notification for that, but i can't have any email notification if i made purchases with payoneer card. i got email notification if money been sent to my account and thats it

What if someone stole my card and made purchases i don't have any email notification about it ?

So if there anyway to get email notification for any purchases made with my card ?
