I have done some serious research through payoneer policy, and didn't found anything specific about bitcoin. But if bitcoin is a commodity (coin is just the name) and not a currency, because no currency definition fits to bitcoin. what does it make Bitcoin different than other digital product that deserves to have a restriction to be sold ?

Cant send my dollars to local bank !

i just received my first payment from fiverr. i made the payment as local bank transfer but after receiving the payment i tried to send my funds to my local bank account but it says i need to activate my prepaid card first. but i received the payment as withdraw to local bank from fiverr. so why is cant send it to my local bank? i dont have the prepaid card to activate. so how can i overcome this problem ?

How do I deactivate and delete the two cards from my account.

About withdraw
Hello there, I have something in my account that I don't understand. Therefore, I wanted to ask can I withdraw funds with another card that I will order? So, I have a card in my account more than one. Because I didn't get the card I ordered before. Can I withdraw funds from my account with another card? There is no money in my another card that I ordered while the funds is on my previous card.

Request Payments Take Too Long To Reach Customer
I been sending request payments from last few months and all was good but now it started getting something wrong that is before when i send request for payment it just takes less than a min and boom they got the email for payment request but i notice from last few weeks whenever i request payment it takes more than 5 to 7 min to reach customer mail box and my mail box too its really bad impression in 2018 no one wanna wait even 5min so they start keep asking we haven't got invoice etc cuz they online with me whats going on with this anyone knows?

Not being able to get help
Hi, i've started using payoneer in the recent days.
I was getting my first payment through global service today but it got rejected.
I tried to report my problem through support, but the emails are being auto-responded (not usefull) and the chat as soon as it starts says "chat closed" and i cannot get to talk with anyone.
I need to know what is the reason my payment got rejected. Any advise on how to procede??

Payment Requests approved but payment still Pending
Made two payment requests this month after receiving new card, both payments are marked PAYMENT APPROVED but not loading in my card after passage of 12 days. Payoneer CS is not helping just telling me to wait and wait. Is anybody else facing same issue.

Nobody replying to my email and not helping to activate my account
More than 2 months have passed. I requested several times. But no response. Not asking for any documents nor taking any action to activate my account.

Unable to Add Bank Account

Recently I closed my old bank account and initiated a new one - I had to do so due to some Bank Policies -. Therefore, I deleted my old bank account from my Payoneer account and tried to add a new account.
I am filling every detail quite properly in the fields. As soon as I submit, It gets me back to the ' Account Details ' Area. No any error message, no any wrong thing filled, no any red mark, popup or anything. It just gets me back to the Account Details Area. I can not figure out what is actually wrong. Thus, I require your help in providing me its way out. It is very urgent as I have to transfer my funds.
What I think causing it is that, The ' Account Detail ' Area contains only 3 fields;
Bank Name:
Account Name:
IBAN:
BUT at the top right side when I open ' Bank Account Registration Guide ', It shows I have to fill 4 fields.

Swift/BIC Code:
IBAN:

Hello!
I've noticed that withdrawals to UK bank accounts seem to happen within a few hours. I assume this is thanks to the UK's FPS (Faster Payment System) however, as it's not immediate, that means there must be some sort of allowed payout schedule.
I receive my salary from UpWork to Payoneer and I'd like to continue to withdraw via Payoneer to my UK account.
If anyone could advise on their experience of if someone from Payoneer could advise on the payout schedule, that would be great.
