What to do if card not arrived ?

Hi, my card did not arrive in the estimated duration . What should i do now ? Should i wait for its arrival or order a new card ? Tell me the whole procedure and charges in case of new delivery.

I know that Payoneer charges $3.15 when you withdraw money from your account using an ATM. But where is this shown when you look at a transaction on the Payoneer dashboard? Is it included in "Transaction Amount" or is it included in "Fee"?

Anyone have any knowledge on this?

I'd assume "fee", but if so, the currency conversion rate (set by Mastercard) is adding 5% to the mid-market rate, which doesn't sound right. It should only be about 0.3%, I believe.

Example, from a withdrawal of 2000 Thai Baht I made last year when the exchange rate was 35 Baht to the US dollar:
Transaction Amount: $60.24
Fee: $10.36
Total amount: $70.60
(Using the mid-market rate on that day, 2000 baht should have cost me $57.08. The difference between that, and the actual transaction cost, was $3.16, which is why I was wondering if Payoneer's fee is included in the transaction amount).

It would also be nice if the Payoneer dashboard broke down all the fees, and showed the conversion rate being used.

Iam Using payoneer from last two years, last week I withdraw from fiverr and when I go and try to login and check my balance it shows wrong login detail, From last two weeks iam trying to contact payoneer support team, on new account I create ust to contact them after long waiting when person on chat I explain the problem iam facing he disconnect the chat without a reason and just said contact through email, when I email them they send me these emails that my account is not register with them, I have there wellcome emails to there promotions emails, more than 60 email from them when I recive my payment but now they are saying I don’t have account with them?
I try to contact fiverr and they said money is successfully send to my account and they are saying I don’t have any account.

What the hell is going? Are you trying to take my money?

Attach is message I send many times to them and they send me same attach links to email to me saying I don’t have any account with them.

i try to login to my account from last week, i try to contact in many ways but not any thing work, try to open new account to contact by chat but customer support team says they will not help me on chat,
they said my email id is not register with any account, i attach the screenshot where you can see the account approval email from your website,
i regular use my payoneer card to get paid from Fiverr.
kindly check this is my email id that is register with you website.
why iam not able to login
and now support team says i dont have any account with you.
iam confused and worried about my money.

i have new payment on my usd balance but the card is expired, i have request new one and they send me GBP card that i already activated.

i can't withdraw to my bank account cause GBP balance is 0

hey guys
today my added bank account got approved. now i just want to make sure that i have added the right account. i mean i have added it with the right infos. but just in case i jut want to know if i gave them wrong infos then they wouldnt add it right ? i mean they added it because i gave the right infos of my bank account.

Hello to all dear, respected Payoneer members and team.
I have a question about Payoneer account.
I am currently working in Saudi Arabia and i have applied for Payoneer account and master card through Daily Motion site to get my earnings.
Due to some family problems after a few months, i am planning to go for final Exit to my country Pakistan.
Now the question is this that currently i do not have any Pakistani bank account linked to Payoneer account but after returning to my country can i link any Pakistani bank account to Payoneer account for money withdrawal through local bank transfer in Pakistan ???

Account blocked for more than a month

My account has been blocked since registering more than a month ago due to the fact that I had a account many years ago whose details I could not recall. I have logged multipe tickets asking for help and have done all they've asked me to do, but still no account. They said its been forwarded to the correct department but that was 2 weeks ago. I do not get an update or feedback unless I send constant emails. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed that no one seems to be assisting me and my account remains blocked. What can I do?) :(

Hi everyone, i'm living in Madagascar and using every week my card to withdraw money. Today i had a strange issue. I can plug the card, enter my pin code and all seems working but when i try to get money, it says "Votre banque a rejeté votre demande" (your bank rejected the request) .
i have 80$ inside my account and can not get even 10$.

i talk to local bank agent and we tested together but we had same issue, they told me to ask to the bank (payoneer). I talked to customer support of payoneer , seems that not any request was sent to payneer. usually when i have an error with amount , there is a fee so i know my transaction was rejected because of not enought funds. This time , not any fee or notification of the attempt to my payoneer account but i tested other ATM , i have same issue. only one bank accept mastercard and all their atm reject .

Yesterday and every week since April 2013 (during more than 1 year ) i was able to get money from same bank ATM. And today , nothing is working.

It is so strange then i'm curious if anyone have a suggestion.

Local bank => "you are able to use the card and enter your pin , you can click the button to get money but it's rejected, all is ok from our side talk to your bank"

Payoneer => "nothing was requested to our system today , your card is active and working correctly the problem is not from us"

where to go ? what to do? i lost whole day to attempt with many atms with different amounts under my actual funds available

Actually money is on the account but not able to get it. Any suggestion , idea , is welcome.

Hi, Community people,

Extremely I need help with a bank transfer issue. How Should I go??
Mistakenly I added a false bank account number to my Payoneer account. I can't remember which account is this (Current added bank account). Already I make a withdrawal with this current account.
Now I need to return it to my Payoneer account. Is it possible? If possible how is the step?

I am a freelancer at fiverr. Yesterday i tried to withdraw 100 dollars from my fiverr account.In fiverr it shows withdraw successful.However in my payoneer account transaction shows pending.The balance is now zero. I have also given proper bank details .Can someone help me out ?
