I made a withdrawal request to my local bank account but the money has not been transferred

10 business days have passed (many more days in fact) and I still haven't received my money. I emailed payoneer support and there is absolutely no answer from them. Live chat person told me to wait for someone to email me but once again no one from payoneer has contacted me. What should I do in this situation when literally no one from payoneer is contacting me to help me?

The last time I opened this for discussion, it was closed down even though it wasn't answered. I contacted customer support via live chat and they too simply told me to wait while someone from payoneer contacts me. But nobody has contacted me from payoneer and my funds are still missing. What's going on?

Hi

I signed up for Payoneer about a year ago and recieved my payoneer card. I used the bank details provided in the email to verify my paypal account. and everything was successful.

 

I didn't use payoneer for a year, and now when I saw my payment profile, the bank account information (US Payment Profile) was different. 

I got some money in Paypal but when I tried to withdraw to payoneer, my paypal account was limited saying that the bank you provided is denying transaction or it doesn't exist.

 

Then I added the new bank account details to the paypal account and it was successfully verified but my paypal account is still limited.

 

Now my question is that is my Payoneer card still working? I want to withdraw money from Freelancer, please tell me how can i check if my card is working, I dont have any money in the card just 0.39$

Payoneer Issues with Apple Payments

I was using my payoneer account to get payments from Apple for 2 years but this month my payment is failed I received e-mail below from Apple:

"
iTunes Connect

Dear *****,

Your payment was returned by your bank. No description or reason was provided. If you need to update your bank information, go to the Contracts, Tax, & Banking Information module.
Apple Payment Reference Number:

Bank: FIRST CENTURY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCI - ****7060

Payments cannot be made to you until you resolve this issue.

I checked with support but I could not get any useful response. They told me maybe this is because of transfer type, I need to use ACH instead of fed wire but Apple won't let me do this.

Payoneer needs to resolve issues with Apple.

Do internal account transfer of money from "USD balance" to "Prepaid Card"?

Maybe I'm missing something and can't find it in this forum:

How do I transfer or move money from my root "USD balance" folder to my "Prepaid Card - XXXX-abcd" folder? this is not a transfer to another person or external account, only internal to my account on Payoneer between 2 "folders" (or accounts)?

hope you are doing well, I have some questions
1. it is said, that I can order physical card only after I receive 30 dollars on it
but what is a number of my account? how can I receive that? which number should person enter, can I pay myself for that from my valet?
will be that 30 dollars withdrawn?
2. How much it costs to order it and at all is there any fees for having account?
3. How looks like card? can I choose design? can it be black?
4. How long I have to wait till I can use my account and receive payment to that card?
5. How exactly are you connected with upwork? tell me more about that, what should I do in upwork profile to tie card with profile and receive payment for my work
6. What about GDPR, to whom you can declare my transactions, balance?

7. What does mean:
Only ACH (US local bank) transfers in USD can be accepted
Transfers must be made from a company account
Transfers from individuals will be automatically rejected
Wire transfers are not supported
Transfers made from a company account owned by you cannot be accepted
if I can not give just number of a card to a person and receive money, for what this card exist??
(I am not citizen of US)

Getting Affiliate Payments from Amazon UK?

So most of this is copy-pasted from an earlier thread that hadn't been answered... hoping to have some light shed on my situation.

As the title implies, I'm an Amazon affiliate, and I recently passed the requirements to get into Amazon UK's affiliate program.

I have no idea how the GBP payment service is going to work for me though. Payoneer provided me with an account number and sort code, but Amazon is asking for a BIC and IBAN.

I contacted both Payoneer and Amazon.co.uk. Payoneer sent me to their guide blog on that, but the guide's instructions are for a SELLER account rather than an ASSOCIATE account. I can't afford to set up a Seller Account. When I asked Amazon about accepting a Sort Code/Account Number, they said that associates MUST use an IBAN/BIC, and that converting the Sort/Account was my bank's responsibility.

When I got back to Payoneer on this.... they sent me to that same blog post with instructions to set up for a SELLER account.

Does anybody here know how to get Direct Payment to the Payoneer GBP Service for Associate Accounts? This concern has gone back and forth for a week before I just gave up and decided to get back to building my affiliate sites.

Except I checked recently, and I'm starting to get GBP's in my Amazon UK account. So I don't want that money to be stuck there, and I most certainly don't want to have to wait for a check from Amazon UK. I signed up to Payoneer so that I could get direct payment, after all.

So... does anyone here know...? Please...? :(

Almost 2 weeks passed since i made withdrawal request to my bank account but still haven't received any funds yet. It my first time using payoneer and already got this problem.
I emailed payoneer customer support many time, waiting them to respond but got nothing. What must i do in this situation, when there are no responds from them? And i really need these funds now.

i looked similiar situation to mine, but still don't know what to do? must i wait till they respond to me? until when?

please help ..!

USD option just disappeared from my account!!

All I did was to add a global payment service, and now it shows a bunch of currencies like, euro, jpy, gbp, and all, it also shows usd. but whenever i try to request payment or order a card it only shows euro and GBP. How on earth do I turn USD back on???

I searched on google for hours, found nothing. I am too frustrated to even ask this question. I tried to send a message to payoneer contact us, and it keeps telling me to select a sub-topic under a sub-topic, and these topics are soo specfic that all they do is just send an automated email saying its resolved!!! Is this some sort of joke?? Is there no way to create a ticket or raise an issue!

Help me out guys!

The website address you provided in your Merchant Application Form needs to be updated.

In order to process your application, please reply to this email and supply an address for a valid website or a direct link to your Social Media profile (Upwork, Fiverr, Linkedin, etc.) that shows examples of the products or the services that you provide.

Please make sure the links include mention of your name or shows your relation to the product/service.

1. Supporting documents that may help us establish your line of work - this may include work contracts, email correspondence, etc.

I replied with my website link. That's the only proof I can think of. Is there any other alternative? It's embarrassing to say this but I am completely clueless as to what else I can fill. Thanks.

I haven't received my euro card, can I received money from the Global Payment Service

Hello all,

I wanted to receive a payment from the Global Payment Service, once I get the money in my account (euros) I wanted to withdraw that money to my local bank account. But since I haven't received yet my card, I ordereded one, but I don't know how much will it take to arrive. Can I receive the money and withdraw it to my local bank account, without my Payoneer card (euros)?

Hi, Dutch company make a payment (invoice)to another company in Eu.The payment is in euro.The amount will be about 10.000,00-15.000 eur max.If the two companies are registered on Payoneer,how much is the fee for the two parts, is there a annual membership(and how much is it)and what is the best way for these payment via Payoneer?

Transfer AUD balance to USD balance from Payoneer

Hi,

I will be getting an Aussie client soon and they will pay me using the global payment system. I'm wondering, can I transfer the AUD balance to the USD balance so it can be used by the Payoneer card?

Also if I have no funds in the USD balance but in the AUD balance. Will my card access that?

If so, what do you do to calculate pricing? is it free?

Hello.
I havent use my Payoneer for long time and my Card expired, So the option to order a new card is not showing.
Now I need to use my account and my card too for sure. If anyone has been in the same situation, please help.
