Transfer Fund From Old Blocked Card To New Card

Hello

Last few months my card were stolen and i have report to customer support..
They reply me and mention will sent a new card.

But the new card that they send didnt reach me.
So i report for second time that the card were not arrive.

They replied and said they will send another card.
I already received the card and activated the card..

My Question is I still got fund from my old card (that had been blocked) and i would like to transfer it to my new activated card.
I already send request for this matter but they just reply me with auto-reply email which didnt comply to my request.

US bank accounts for Non-U.S. Citizens

Hi all,

I'm not a U.S. citizen, but I do have a US bank account registered to my name that I would like to link to my Payoneer account for withdrawals. As I don't see the United States option in the combo box list, when adding an account, I would like to know if there is an alternative way to associate it to my payoneer account.

there is currently NO "request a payment" option under the "receive" tab in my account....how do I get the "request a payment" option to become available under the "receive" tab in my account ?

A client of mine wishes to send me extra money for additional, but minor, works done. Is it possible to send a payment request form without specifying an amount to receive? Or it is absolutely obligatory? In which case, will my client be able to send more or less of the specified amount?

Question about using payonner card in local store shopping

Hello

I want to use my payoneer card in local store (never tried that before yet) always doing purchases online , but my account have USD currency not any other currency . I live in country with a different currency.

My question is if here automatic currency conversion in swipe card machine while cashier processing my transaction ? or if he made transaction for example 100 GBP currency it will actually took 100 USD currency not 100 GBP ?

Hi Payoneer,

Amazon Associate has recently made payments to me using EFT but failed.
In my Payoneer account, there is a payment recieved from Amazon but the amount is $0.

I want to recieve affiliate payment from Amazon using Global Payment Service.
How to solve this problem?

I want to know if it's possible for Payoneer MasterCard to be used in offline stores and how much is the Max limit i can spend per transaction.

Like this scenario

The user wants to buy a MacBook Pro, and he has more than enough balance to purchase it, it cost $2k, but the user has $3k in his balance.

Can Payoneer Mastercard pay a $2k or $3k bill at one time in an OFFLINE Store?

Hi,

I recently got my card lost and locked.

And i am going to request a new card for it. My previous card was on USD currency but i want to get rid of the conversion fee and get this converted to GBP. Any suggestions on how is this possible?

Can't withdraw from ATM in Tunisia anymore?

Hello,an unusual thing happened this time when I tried to cashout from my payoneer card through a local ATM. When I put my card in atm machine,the screen of ATM rejects my card automatically. I tried withdrawing from 5 different banks at different times but the same happens.

When I talked to bank officials they said,to contact my card issuer i.e, Payoneer as I was never able to withdraw. I have two friends who are suffering from the same problem (cannot withdraw from card although funds are more than enough) in Tunisia . So,please solve my issue as it never happened before this time and I always withdrew from the card easily.

Facts to take into account:
-I have more than enough funds
-Card is still new and expiration date is still next year
-Card is physically fine

Is payoneer still dealing with Tunisian merchants?
