Need US Bank address, swift code and sort code

I need the bank addresses, swift code and sort code to receive payments to my USA account (First Century Bank). Can anyone kindly supply me with these.
Does anyone know if I still supply my South African residential address with this account?

hi - I got an e-mail that I don't understand after freelancer.com sent the payment for the first time.
The payment should reach my balance not my bank account !!!!!! what does the following e-mail mean ?

Hello guys,

I have used my card for online payment for the 1st time and haven't received a single notification via email or sms (still sitting in Pending authorization).

Is this normal or I haven't enabled this in Settings? Tried searching for an option but no luck. If it is not enabled by default I believe it poses a serious security issue

I recently created my account, and sent all the documents payoneer asked me to. But I can't order the card without receiving payment from potential customers.

Currently payoneer cannot activate my GPS because I am from Angola, so I need to know what I can do to receive my mastercard since neither can I send my bank details.

It takes $30 to order the mastercard and I can't have the amount in my account. Please, I need a solution.

I can not find "Global Payment Service" option. Under "Receive" option, i have the following two options only:

- Request a payment
- Mass payout companies

According to that I cannot find my Payoneer account information.

Hi,
I have payments on fiverr but I can't withdraw the payment due to lack of information..

Fiverr asking for "Funding Source ID associated to your Fiverr Revenue Card"..

Few days ago I chat on the payoneer support, he told me he can't help regarding this issue..

However, fiverr support telling me, they can't help without the "Funding Source ID"..

Please give a solution about the "Funding Source ID" regarding the fiverr accounts...

Still not confident to get a solution from payoneer, so writing here for a quick solution regarding this issue..

I don't want to loose my payments between payoneer and fiverr internal issue, as no one taking responsibilities..

Note: My Account was blocked for 2 months, now all the Funding Source ID's regarding this account was gone or vanished...

The payment I received every month in 1-3 days did not come my bank account this month, is there a problem? I created a ticket but it has been 3 days and still no response. I'm sending to my bank account from Payoneer.

Hi all,

I have been facing a problem with currency management. I want a USD currency option rather to have a prepaid card option. The prepaid card has been expired in 18 and can't re-order new card because I don't have/know14 digits of my previous prepaid card as I have never received it in past. I can't make a request payment in USD currency that was troubling me in my payment receipts. Whether can I have a USD currency option or no option except ordering the prepaid card that I don't want.
I have emailed payoneer support but my issue has not been resolved till now nor I have received any reply regarding this. Please let me know what should I do to resolve these problems??

I opened a payoneer account and wil receive some payments in USD , now I would like to transfer the funds in USD to my EURO bank account, how can I do this? I do not have yet a payoneer card because I do not received money yet in the account.

Linking Amazon to Payoneer-My Account Does not display ‘store manager’

Hi guys,
I am familiar with the process of linking amazon with Payoneer. The first step is to go to Payoneer-activity and then select store manager. My problem is, my profile does not display store manager so am stuck. Anyone know what’s up or how to resolve this? I’ve tried sending Payoneer messages but they just respond with the automated message with the registration process, which is not solving my problem.

Customer support has taken over 3 weeks to respond toy emails. When they finally responded, they just sent the exact same automated email from the first time. My problem is that I am traveling in SE Asia and Payoneer insists that I'm living in Thailand! I live in NEW ZEALAND, as I have clearly explained in emails AND after waiting for 2 hours to talk with a live support agent (who offered no help). I have money that has been sent to the account, which is now frozen, and I have no idea of that money will be completely lost now. Please, this is an extremely easy situation to fix, I have sent photos of my driver's license, my residential address, etc. then my issue was not even read by an agent, and I was just replied to by a robot! So disappointed with this company. 😡 How much longer am I going to have to wait...

Hello all,

I wasn't sure where to post so I'll do it here, of course, moderators can move this thread if there is better place. Anyway, i've been using payoneer for a long time, always had a USD card and everything worked fine. However, a few months ago my card expired ( i didn't get any notification about that ), but that was ok, i just order a new one. I noticed it was EUR currency but i had no choice between currencies so I accepted and order the card, was sure that i would be able to convert USD and use funds with that card but... As always I received a payment in USD and it showed up on my old expired card and cannot be used, ofc i can't convert the money because i just have GBP - EUR and vice versa, no USD option!

I didn't know that I need a different card for every currency so what is the purpose of " manage currencies " option? If we need different cards ( you should make that clear ) why we can't choose before ordering?

I still can't order USD card so I had to contact support and they do that for me. Now I have to wait ~20 days until I get my new card and then i can use the money. That's very frivolous for a company like Payoneer.

I didn't want to talk about this with customer support because they have nothing to do with but I really feel cheated and wanted to share this with other users coz many of us are freelancers and sometimes we are in transit and need our money as fast as possible.

There are a number of different reasons why you would not be able to access your account. We'll cover some of the common reasons why in this thread, and will give you an opportunity to reply with your own problem if you are having issues accessing your account. We hope this thread will be helpful to help understand why you may be having issues accessing your account, with some pointers on what to do in these situations.

I Can Login, But My USD/GBP/EUR Balance Is Disabled!
Sometimes you may find that your account balances have been disabled. The reason that this happens can vary. However, the most common reason why this happens is because your account has entered a review.

At Payoneer, we periodically review your account and its activity. We do this for two reasons: first, for your safety, as it will help us identify if there has been any abnormal activity in your account or with your funds, and secondly, for regulatory reasons. Since we are a financial institution, we are at the behest of various different financial regulation and international laws. These regulations require us to be compliant at all times, so we have to review accounts to make sure that your account activity has not violated our terms and conditions.

In the case of these types of reviews, your account's balances and/or card are blocked to prevent you from receiving any payments. It makes sense, because we're unable to allow you to continue using your account until the review is over and you have been cleared. If there is a terms and conditions violation with your account, you will be notified of the next step, which would be account closure.

My Account Is Blocked!
If you see a message that your account had been blocked, and if you did not request that it was blocked, please check your e-mail inbox for any messages from us. You would receive a notice from us that says that there was a terms and conditions violation, and as a result, we blocked the account. In most cases, if your account was closed by our team, it would not be possible to reopen it. We're also not able to reveal the exact term, or exact reason why the account was closed past a violation of our terms and conditions.

My Password Is Not Accepted, Even After I Change It!
This is an issue that is fairly common. You may find that if you login using the same information, the information won't be accepted. So then, you change your password and find that the information is still not being accepted even though everything is correct. Here's the easy fix for this instance, feel free to try any step of these tips:

1) Reset your browser's cookies/cache. This is the solution for most technical-related issues, so you should always try this first. After clearing cookies/cache, try logging in again with the correct info.

2) Use a different browser, then try to login or reset the password again.

3) Use incognito mode/private browsing, then try to login or reset the password again.

If none of the above works, we suggest to contact our customer support team directly, so that they may contact the technical department and see what is going on.

I Am Trying To Change My Password/Send A Payment/Withdraw, But It Says Some Information Is Wrong!
When you try to change the password, you will typically need to enter in some security information, such as a security question, your username, phone number, and the date of birth. Please take the following in mind:

1) Your username is your e-mail address. If you receive Payoneer e-mails to a certain e-mail address, the e-mail address is your username. The username is always an e-mail address.

2) The date of birth is the date of birth that you entered when you applied for an account. Sometimes you may be unaware that you have made a mistake. The best way to know if your date of birth is correct is whether or not you have submitted a government issued ID or passport to us, and it was approved, verifying your account. If your account is verified, the date of birth will match that on your document. If it is not, and you suspect maybe there's an issue with your date of birth, please contact us for further steps.

3) You may need to reset your security question if you are making a withdrawal or sending a payment. This can be done easily by updating it in your online account.

If you're unaware of which information you are entering in incorrectly, or if you are sure that everything is correct, please follow the directions in the following prompt and clear cookies and cache. If it doesn't work, please contact our customer support team, as they can tell which information was incorrect and be able to advise you there.

I Forgot My Password, And I Cannot Reset It Because I Also Forgot My Phone Number/E-Mail!
This is also a common instance. If you don't remember the phone number, the best way to handle this situation is to contact our customer support team. They have a pretty detailed procedure in this and they can help you with a temporary password so that you can access your account.

I tracked my payoneer card with the tracking number payoneer sent to my mail, i was told that ''The item arrived at the International Logistics Center Mail Terminal Polar Park GBSLOY on 11.07.2019'' i just want to know if this is normal, i stay in Nigeria, how long would it take to ship the card to Nigeria. All help will be appreciated, regards.

This is my third payment (ever) to be received through Payoneer, and this is the second time one of these has been under review. Will this will be a regular thing, because it can be very annoying knowing that your monthly income will constantly be "under review" and you don't know when you'll get it.
