I received U$ 50,00 from a partner of mine to my new Payoneer account, hoping that this way I could ask for a prepaid mastercard. However, I can't. AND I CAN'T SEND THE MONEY BACK TO MY PARTNER. In fact, I can't spend it all! I'm not expecting any more payments, and I don't plan to spend this money online.

So what now? Are those U$ 50.00 forever going to stay in this account? I sent a support ticket, and received an automated reply telling me that I can't send my money. I KNOW THAT, THAT'S WHY I SENT THE TICKET!

If somebody in support reads this, please get in touch with me and tell me how to withdraw MY money. Thank you!

Hello everyone,
I bank transferred $204 from Fiverr on 18 Sep 2019. The transaction was under review (took 2 days). I contacted Payoneer customer support (Live chat) to ask what is the matter. They said that it is normal and your funds will be processed in some time but they did not.

I contacted them again and they said that there is some sort of technical issue going on with my account which they were unable to troubleshoot and she said that we have transferred this issue to our higher department and they are working on it. They asked me not to withdraw any funds through Payoneer until this issue is resolved. And after this chat, they hid my transaction from the transaction history.

I contacted them again after a few days and they said that your payment is transferred back to Fiverr, it was canceled due to unknown reasons.
I contacted Fiverr and asked them, they said that they have not received any payment back from Payoneer.

I contacted Payoneer and sent them the screenshot. A representative soon contacted me and told that they have located my payment and working on it.

I received an email from Payoneer after some days saying that they are going to transfer my payment to my local bank account but they need to verify my bank account (asking my bank documents). I sent them all my bank documents proving my identity and my bank account.

I did not receive any reply in a few days so I contacted them again to ask what is the status of my transaction. A representative replied that the transaction was canceled and returned back to Fiverr (on 20-Sep-19) and you will receive till 10 Oct 19. The previous email was saying another thing and she is saying another thing.

I am stuck with Payoneer. Neither they are processing my previous transaction nor any future one. I am really disappointed with their service. Can anyone help me with this matter? What should I do?

Sorry to be a bother....I would have asked this on the same thread as my last question, but the person who answered me, closed the discussion. :-(

I have now waited 24 hours as I was told to but there is still no email confirmation of my withdrawal. And the transaction is still "pending". Please can you tell me why this is? And when I'll get the email?

Hello this is Abderhman from Morocco i live in Tangier , I have order my 1st payoneer card about 5 months
from this day but i didn't get it, i have contacted payoneer support and they said that they will reorder the card and did really did that and it have been like 2 weeks and i haven't recieve nothing at all .
I don't know if the card is going to be sended to my home directly or to the local poste ,if you have any information about sending card to Morocco please help and thank you.

I logged into my account to request a payment form a recurring client and was shocked that my card is blocked although it wasn't expired and had regular transactions over two years. I wasn't notified that my card was blocked and I couldn't complete my request. I want to know why my card was blocked and if there is a way to unblock it asap.

Payoneer card blocked. How to re-activate

I am here to draw attention towards the issue that I faced..yesterday when I opened my payoneer account, the status was shown saying "Your Card is Blocked". So in order to reactivate the card i clicked on the link given and it shown that it will be reactivate after 2 hours. But when I login to my account it still showing the status "Your Card is Blocked" can you please help me out in this regards..Looking forward to hear back from you
