I got this email just now:

We’re doing a routine check on your account to ensure that your payments are always secure and delivered on time.

During the check, we stopped the automatic flow of funds from your account to your card. You can still use your funds already on your card to make purchases, withdraw funds from ATMs and withdraw funds directly from your Payoneer account to your local bank.


What does this mean? I've uploaded my government ID twice already in the past. I don't have a passport so I just uploaded my TIN ID. The only other ID I have is my voter's ID.

I have no intention of getting passport any time soon. The process is quite tedious, and a little expensive. So those two are the only identifying documents I have. Can you please verify me?

Hello good people,

I'm from Bangladesh. I tried to withdraw a certain amount of money from a local bank ATM. However, the ATM didn't dispense the cash and yet charged me. It happened back in 18th September. I contacted the local bank authority and they suggested me to contact Payoneer. So, I contacted Payoneer and an agent assured that the fund will get back to my card within 27th September. Unfortunately I did not get that fund back. I also filed a dispute days ago. Still no updates. What should I do? Is this a normal case? Does anyone know when I will get my funds back?

Can't reset PW because old phone number :S

I don't get why there is an option to reset PW by mail after reset by phone if you still need the same phone number to reset it.

I can't reset PW because I have a different phone and the registered payoneer number doesn't exist anymore.

What to do?

Hello, i signed up for an account 10 days ago, you said it would take 3 business days to reply. i also tried to communicate with Payoneer customer care and still NO RESPONSE!

    I haven't recived my card. It has been up to above 30 days. I am in Pakistan.

I have also open a ticket through contact us page on payoneer but no response from many days.

Do internal account transfer of money from "USD balance" to "Prepaid Card"?

Maybe I'm missing something and can't find it in this forum:

How do I transfer or move money from my root "USD balance" folder to my "Prepaid Card - XXXX-abcd" folder? this is not a transfer to another person or external account, only internal to my account on Payoneer between 2 "folders" (or accounts)?

I can not enter Support from any browser and from Incognito because of this error. And thus I have no chance to understand why I can not get money sent to me on September 14.

So a few days ago my card stopped working. When buying something online it gets declined and trying to withdrawal from an ATM gives the same error - card declined, please contact your bank.

In my account, when clicking on the USD Balance. I see "Your USD Balance has been disabled. Please contact us for further details.". But my card is active and has $300 in it. I haven't received any e-mails or notifications. And I am not sure if the USD balance thing is new - it may have always been this way. USD balance is zero, while I have funds in my card and it's active. Everything seems fine, except I can't withdrawal or pay or do anything basically...

I have been using this card without any issues since January and have been a loyal Payoneer user for 3+ years. So, what's the issue? I only receive payments from ClickBank - that's it.

Something that may be related:

I noticed that the last payment e-mail notification (the "You have received a payment" thing) was a bit different, as it contained this:

"While you can continue to receive payments, your Global Payment Service has not yet been verified and future payments may be held for review until verification is complete."

I just completed that and the forms say "submitted". Could not having completed it before have been the issue?

Receiving payments from an Indian Company

Hello, I provided freelance services (writing) for an Indian Company (Sportskeeda), and my payment date is past due.

I was asked to request a payment from my profile, but that option isn't available for me, also they are not a mass payout company and the global payment service doesn't apply to them, as they are outside its jurisdiction.

Please can anyone help me with guidelines to getting my payment, as my payment has been delayed by over three months. I am located in Nigeria. Thanks.
