I've made a mistake in the shipping address, and now I am willing to pay the replacement fee (13$) + DHL express (50$) to make up for the time lost. I've read the faq, and it says that I need to have funds in my accounts to issue a new card or to pay for DHL shipping.

So, I searched how to deposit funds in my payoneer account, but it seems not to be possible by an individual funding. So, where to go from here?

I paid for a Freelancer on Jan 10 2018.
Payment put under review. After few days, Payoneer asked me to send Scanned copies of ID proof and Credit Card.

I sent them already. Even a week almost passed. Still no reply to my tickets.

How can I cancel the payment and get it refund to my card back ?

I have been a Payoneer user for several years now. Payoneer account asks for a new password every some months and doesn't allow resetting a password to the one ever used with Payoneer.

I have used all the passwords which I can remember and want Payoneer to allow using an old password again. Is there a way?
