Can minimum withdrawal amount to bank be decreased?
I have $55 in my account. I tried to withdraw it to bank but it says minimum is $200. I asked it in live chat support and they told to to get the payoneer card. But I tried it previously and i didn't receive my card. So i want to withdraw it to bank if possible.

Let me introduce you to the next case I met with Payoneer.
Before that, I want to tell you that Payoneer has closed my account for refusal to follow their final verification step.
What does this mean and what they ask me to do?
This means what Payoneer says: Please note that we strictly comply with KYC, OFAC, AML, and the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and we are also certified at a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 Data Security Standard (Payoneer's core obligations are to protect its clients' funds and prevent money laundering).
What they ask me to do:
Therefore, in order to resume full functionality of your Payoneer account, we kindly ask you to provide us with the requested document - a photo of yourself holding your photo ID and a piece of paper with "Payoneer" and today's date handwritten on it.
Ok now, but I have submitted my government issued ID through live chat support just a few weeks ago.
I also submitted a bank statement with my name and the exact address I provided in the application through live chat support just a few weeks ago.
And yet, what did Payoneer do with my Payoneer account just used for affiliate payments?
He closed it, of course. This despite the fact that today I had to receive nearly $ 1,000 in Payoneer from the affiliate partners I promoted last month.

1). I have submitted my government issued ID through a colleague of yours from live chat support just a few weeks ago.

Okay, and because you asked me to do this job from point 3 of my email, as a Payoneer customer, before sending this document that you asked me in point 3 of my email, I request a copy of that document in which a state institution will ask your clients to submit "A photo of client holding BOTH the government issued ID and a piece of paper with today's date handwritten on it".
After reading this document together with my lawyer, you have our assurances that I will follow the last "A photo of myself holding BOTH my government issued ID and a piece of paper with today's date handwritten on it." verification.

A question: Why is this just happening on my account? I have hundreds of friends and colleagues working with Payoneer and none of them ever happened to ask for it

Under these circumstances, I find it obligated to refuse your last request.
I will address this situation with all my colleagues and friends, I will also come today to open a topic on your forum about my case, and at the same time I will post on well known webmastering forums about this. I want to see how many of your clients has struck this.

Payoneer in the Philippines
Because Payoneer approved them when I linked them to my account, but because they're more of ATM cards and not debit cards, I'm scared that the transaction might fail and I won't get my money.

Card Annual Fees
I recently applied for Payoneer and have already received my Payoneer MasterCard in USD currency. Annual fee for that card wasn`t charged yet, becase I have empty USD balance.
Now I have enough GBP balance to order MasterCard for GBP currency.
I wonder if I would be charged $29.95 per each card, or GBP card will be free of charge?
A am in doublt, because in GBP card order form, when I click 'Pricing and Fees', there is no annual fee listed (like $29.95 was for USD one). But on page payoneer.com/fees it is not clearly stated whether that annual fee is per each card or not: "Annual Fee: USD, EUR & GBP Card $29.95 (please note, fee in USD)". So I am wondering how then 29.95 USD will be charged from my GBP balance?
Also I am interested in recieving payments in EUR currency, so I want to ask same regarding EUR currency card.
How Can I track my card

I applied to payoneer card more than a month ago, in my account it is said that the estimated time to arrive is between 17 - 22 January. And yesterday I received mail from payoneer about activation of my card. However I did not receive my card yet and I don't know where it is at current time. Is there a way to track it and see where the card is now?

Payment Approval Department disable my US Billing Service after 8 years of usage
I use Payoneer from 2010 as exclusive iStock contributor and freelancer. In addition to freelance video editing work last year i design create and sell hand made accessories for cameras through "For Sale / Want to Buy" forums marketplaces. The profits where rather small but i was ok with this.
About 10 days ago i was contacted by Payment Approval Department [Reference Number: 180207-002823] they ask for invoices and email conversations, i send them and then they suddenly disabled my Payoneer Billing Service without explain what exact Terms and Conditions was violated. Few last payment where canceled and i have to explain this problem to shocked customers.
I read Terms and Conditions many times and i don't see any restrictions against my activity.
I just try to understand what was wrong and get answers what exact Terms and Conditions was violated and how can i fix things back?
This is the respond message i have to all my questions from Payment Approval Department: "Thank you for your interest in the Payoneer Billing Service.
After reviewing the details you provided, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we regret to inform you that we were unable to approve your application for the service.
Please note that your Payoneer account is still active and you may continue receiving payments from any of Payoneer's official partners."
Support Chart also can not help, can not explain.
I have no any other payment options and this rejection makes me feel really bad.
