We have online payment system in Armenia (EDRAM) and I charged it with payoneer a lot of times before. Recently I tried to charge it two times with 213$ it says that transaction declined from your Bank but I saw that the transactions where in Pending Authorizations state. Yesterday I saw that now they are in a Transactions List. Online payment system support says that for sure transaction was declined from Payoneer side, so what to do, does Transaction List state means that Payoneer sent that amount of money?
