Confirmation Email Timeline

This is my first withdrawal and it has been 2 days since I made the withdrawal request, however, I have not yet received a confirmation email. What is the timeline for the same?

Thanks to assist and help as i am really struggling :

Request payment option is missing under "Recceive" menu.
In my Payoneer account, i am therefore unable to select Request a Payment, even for first time.
Unable to request activation of this service and send required documents that may be required for verification.

I am new to Payoneer

I have been waiting for my first payment to show in my account for more than 12 days. Emailed Payoneer, contacted via form, but no one responded.

Is there any Payoneer user who never received payment or payment was delayed like for months?

Hi,

It has been 13 days since I sent a request via SEND MESSAGE to change the country on my Payoneer account, but I got no replies.

4 days ago, I logged in to check "My Requests" tab in my support history, and I saw nothing. So, I sent another request. Still no response or anything. The support history shows no tickets at all.

Is there a way I can make sure my message was received by the Payoneer support?

Pending payment issue

I get paid every month from same company and I have never hd this issue before.My payment has been pending since 6 days and customer support told me 3 business day.But its already over.They say approval department has to review the payer but the payer is same as always.Please help me to get my payment asap trans id is 211586300

I contacted Appen support about I would like to change my payoneer account on my Appen Connect account and they sent message : "Please contact Payoneer directly for your change request, as you cannot initiate a change request directly from your Appen Connect profile. Appen does not have access to make any changes from our side.

It is imperative to understand when you request a change with Payoneer, they will release your funding source ID, which is what we use to send your payments. Releasing means it has been removed from your Payoneer account.

When you create/update your Payoneer account, Payoneer must send you a registration token in order to add in the Appen Connect funding source back into your updated Payoneer account in order for you to receive payments.

Their customer service team must send you a registration token to add in your new account whilst linking it to your unique Payoneer funding source PAYEE ID: **************"

Please sent my a regis tration token to add in my account.

Payoneer Gbp funds withdrawal

Hello
I use Payoneer to jazzcash withdrawal option for USDaccount to withdraw funds from my Payoneer account, it worked pretty seemlessly all the time, but now that I am trying to withdraw GBP balance I noticed there is no option to withdraw GBP balance to jazzcash, because jazzcash is only showing the USD ACCOUNT BALANCE for withdrawal and not the GBP
Is it impossible to withdraw GBP funds to jazzcash or am I missing something?

I have emailed and contacted message from App as well but no response from payoneer, my card got blocked and my guess is due to inactivity of funding source so I than added 18 dollars but still no change.

Any suggestion anyone else faced this

Hello, guys! I have an issue. I was trying to withdraw the funds to my bank account, but suddenly my balance is blocked. And the withdrawal I initiated on 29th of July is under review. Any tips on what should I do?

Amazon says payment accepted by Payoneer on 30 July. Payoneer says nothing received !!!!!!!!

Hi

1. Amazon sent me payment on 30 July. Amazon confirmed yesterday that the sent payment was accepted by the receiver.

2. I dont see any payment here.

3. Tried the contact form, only receive auto reply.

4. Emailed at CustomerServiceManager@Payoneer.com but no response.

5. Started a discussion on forum, it was closed by a payoneer staff stating just that 'no payment is received'.

No one willing to tell what's happening.

Can a senior, responsible Payoneer staff give update status of payment

Funds received into my Payoneer account are transferred automatically (if greater than 50USD) to my bank account. Can I turn off the automatic transfer function so that I can wait for the funds in my Payoneer to accumulate before making the transfer? 'settings' only allows me to edit my profile. Thank you

Why payoneer has this much terrible customer support

I have never thought that one of the top companies, payoneer, for international transactions, would have this much bad customer support, The contact page in the website, is never useful,
When we message with our problem, the answer will be an automated reply
if i call, the answer is not providing call service for your number
if i ask community, The responce is again contact customer support via contact us page

And few suggesting me to contact payoneer customer support via social media, like facebook, twitter

When I messaged in payoneer pages and personal too in social media

No responce

And finally I lost hope on my account, it's not gonna approved ever

A very bad experience with payoneer
