Why you blocked my balance?

First of all let me say I'm regretting to join payoneer and let it receive my payments, and I'm not sure if payoneer will give me my money which still pending since last week.
May be I should not bother my self to claim money that has been lost in payoneer.
I think I did mistake to remind you that my money pending for long time, then you made your review and blocked my Balance the only reason you said is "**we notice that some of your activity has gone against our term and condition s, we advice you to do not send any additional payment to your account, as they will be declined**". Ok, may be was the right answer but you didn't tell me what to do to get my pending payments.
Now give me full explanation, can I get my money which gas already sent to my payoneer account just waiting for approval, or they will be returned back to the sender?

My account status remains on the date it was opened though payments have clearly been received. I've emailed Support Center but don't get any reply. I downloaded statements but they're blank. Has anybody encountered the same and if so how can problem be resolved?

Hi
I created my account from 2 years almost, suddenly my global payment service was disabled
When i contacted the customer Service the first reply was the personal information is wrong while it was old info so i asked to update it with my current info
The second reply was through live chat, they told me the problem will be solved during days, then i received another email saying the application is rejected
The third reply was through the live chat also, i asked to update my info with the current one to fix this problem, they refused
So i informed that if this account has problems with the info as it was old and payoneer considered it was wrong! I asked to create new account with my current info and close this account they said they will close it and it's not acceptable
When i asked for the reasons they said it's not allowed to tell me the reason
So i need to fix this problem as soon as possible, I'm ready to provide you with any official papers & info you need as i was an active customer for a long period

My client cannot send payment to me

I recently moved from PayPal to Payoneer due to my client's requiring me to use this payment platform.

Since a week ago, I have been having difficulties receiving payment from my client.

When he used the regular Payoneer payment method (I was not aware what kind of payment method it was since it was my first time using Payoneer), he said that a message like this popped up.

"It looks like <my email> currently cannot receive payments initiated by clients. Contact <my email> directly to arrange payment."

I also had shared my USD receiving account on the Global Payment Service to him as recommended by some users in this forum, but he still could not send the payment even if he sent it directly to my Payoneer's USD receiving account.

He then recommended me request a payment to him, but on the "request a payment" page, the header says, "To enable Request a Payment, you must first receive at least 5,000.00 USD."

Obviously, since I am a new Payoneer user, I haven't received that amount of money in my account.

This morning, I sent a message to Payoneer using "Contact Us" on Payoneer's "Support Center" page, but when I check out my email , I only get an automatic reply in my email, which basically says that the problem is on the sender's behalf, who lacks the authority to send cash to me. For an information, he also sends payment to other Payoneer users, so it is clear that there is problem with my account, which I cannot resolve until now.

Is there anything else that I haven't done because the verification page on my account says that I am already a verified Payoneer user?

Receiving Payment from Individual Payoneer User

Is it possible for me, as a new Payoneer user, to receive payment directly from another individual Payoneer user?

I can add my Upwork account in the founding sources list, but when I want to add a new "receiving from" contact under the activity menu, I am redirected to the "request a payment" page, which requires me to acquire 5000 USD first before I can request payments from individuals.

For your information, I receive payments from both Upwork and individuals. It is okay with the Upwork payment because I can set it through the Upwork's payment settings; however, when it comes to individual payment, I am stuck because Payoneer doesn't allow me to receive payments from a certain Payoneer account before I accummulate 5000 usd.

I withdrawn some amount from my fiverr account to the bank account using payoneer however no transaction is showing on payoneer transaction sand withdraw page whereas fiverr shows that the withdraw is successful while no amount is showing on payoneer withdraw page
Can you please tell me how can I be sure that the amount is successfully transferred to my bank account...

I've been reading about it since yesterday. Many say it works, many say not. And the time when those were asked were like 2014 2013 etc. Now being in 2021 I hope maybe things have got better.. So here's my question..
Being in a country where merchant isnt supported by Google play for developers, I'm looking for solutions. What I have in mind, is to link my local bank account to Payoneer, and I guess Payoneer gives a US based bank account or virtual account etc.. where maybe I could send my earned money to? Please let me know more about it.

Receiving Payment from Individual Payoneer User -- again

Please don't close the discussion before the problem is solved.

So, I cannot request a payment before I accumulate 5000 USD in my Payoneer account. Obviously, in order to get 5000 USD, I need to receive payments, some of which come from individual Payoneer customers. How can I accumulate 5000 USD if I can neither receive payments from them nor request ones?

My clients say that they cannot send their payment to me through either the regular "make a payment" method or my Global Payment Service receiving account. Whenever they make payments, a message like this pops up.

"It looks like <my-email-address> currently cannot receive payments initiated by clients. Contact <my-email-address> directly to arrange payment."

Do you want to say that there is no way for a new Payoneer customer like me to receive payment directly from another Payoneer customer? That payments can only be acquired from company accounts and not individuals?
