I made contact by email form and receive a message that I already have an account. I tried to reset my password, but it said me I need to finish first my sign up process.

I want to know if it's possible for Payoneer MasterCard to be used in offline stores and how much is the Max limit i can spend per transaction.

Like this scenario

The user wants to buy a MacBook Pro, and he has more than enough balance to purchase it, it cost $2k, but the user has $3k in his balance.

Can Payoneer Mastercard pay a $2k or $3k bill at one time in an OFFLINE Store?

Hello everyone.
Its my 2nd time business with payoneer, first time it all worked very well.
My client paid me on last sunday (15/04/2018). i didn't receive any email from payoneer that my payment request was accepted / paid. i waited another day for the email but still NO. i sent many emails to customer care (no replies) except the auto ones. i also tried live chat, never got connected! i'm tired of this. can't get my own money and its been 5-6 days already. if anyone here has same issue? will i ever get my money or the reply from customer care? my client sent me a screenshot and the payment was done!

Hi,

I did a withdraw to bank transaction and the status has changed to completed.
It has been more than a week however my bank has not shown any recent transactions from payoneer.

I did a check and found that I have entered wrong bank information before making the withdrawal.
Since the transaction has completed, I have no way to cancel this transaction.

I have since created a new bank account with the correct information, how can I get payoneer to reverse the previous transaction that should have failed in the first place because the bank information was wrong.

I'm worried as the amount is more than $1K USD.

Will Payoneer able to contact the bank to verify this transaction and reverse it back to my payoneer account so that I can redo the withdrawal using the correct information?

I have withdraw my money from paypal to payoner. but payoneer reject my money and disable EUR Balance . both paypal and payoneer owner name is same. but paypal business name is xyz.... is it issue for that problem?

I want to transfer funds to a payoneer account holder / payoneer card (= recipient).

In previous threads it was said that NO personal information will be disclosed to the recipient.

However, the "real name" will be sent to the recipient...

And a "real name" is personal information ofcourse so there is a mistake here!!!

So how can I send money with NO personal information seen by the recipient? For example, alias name, ID, payoneer account ID is all fine by me, so what is possible?

I would like to take a report out of my transactions with transaction id. The current report only shows the client/bank name and the amount with transaction date. It does not show the transaction id.

Today I received an email with an update about Payoneer Prepaid Mastercards. One of the paragraphs is saying that:

"Your existing card balance is currently available and you can use your card to access your funds. You will have until June 30th, 2018 to access whatever remaining funds you have available on your current card."

So I'm wondering, with this, is Payoneer forcing us to withdrawn all the funds that we currently have on our master cards until June 30th, 2018? I contacted their support and I got an answer that if the funds will not be used until that date, they will be lost. This is very strange for me, and I'm still not sure if this is really happening. How can they just block the funds of the card, when initially the card should expire in 2019.

Can anyone please confirm that we will lost the funds if we don't use them until June 30th, 2018?
