I used to be a satisfied user of Payoneer, I even promote it to my friends and requested my client to send the payment through Payoneer until I encountered a problem with you, the payment was sent on Oct 27 and yet I still haven't received it. The payment is showing on my account with unknown status, it has (!) mark and I am wondering why you cannot just release the fund. I am so frustrated about this and will make sure to request for another method of payment to my client. This would be the last one Payoneer

There is no Bank City on Payooner a/c information. Please does any know where to access Bank city. My bank name is Community Federal Savings Bank. What about the Bank city location?

I can't pay a booking at airbnb with my payoneer card
Yesterday i tried to pay a booking at airbnb with my payoneer card and it was not possible .
As i understood , airbnb does not accept payoneer , meanwhile airbnb pays me with payoneer like a host !

Airbnb Payment with card charged with 24% fee!!
I recently booked an Airbnb room with my Payoneer card (My money is in EUR). Airbnb told me that the card's currency is in GBP, which was weird, but I still paid in GBP anyway.
Now, the payment was 582 GBP, The mid-market rate from Mastercard is 1 GBP = 1.126 EUR, which means 582 GBP = 655 EUR. I know there's a 3.5% conversion fee from Payoneer, which if applied to that amount, would mean I should expect about 680 EUR to be withdrawn. When I saw the transaction in my account, it was converted to 812.7 EUR, which is 24% MORE than the mid-market rate. Can anyone explain what the hell just happened? This is plain robbery, and I can't let it happen.

Fund doesn't add
I have sent some $ from fiverr to my card. I got a message in my email and it said that my account will be loaded with those $ (Fees will be deducted on card load) by the 11/6/2017 11:00:00 PM EST. But today is 11/7/2017. The fund doesn't yet has been loaded to my account. The payment history of payoneer account shows it is in processing. Now I want to know when the fund will be loaded to my account. thanks

This is my first time to join the community but I badly need answers to my questions.
1.) How long does it take for a bank account to be changed?
2.) I was only changing the bank account details for the same company or client but the latter got removed.
3.) I've been calling customer service but it looks like they can't do anything about it, and it takes 4 days for someone to answer my email, and it has been unresolved for more than 2 weeks despite providing all required docs and information.
4.) Is there a different customer service who handles changing bank account?
