i have requested new card, and now is the 3rd time already
1st card not arrive and the customer service ask me to request new one
2nd requested new one and card not arrive, ask customer service via email and it said i need to add balance to the payoneer in order to request new card (Reference Number: 160317-000592)
3rd i just get balance in my payoneer, asking new card via customer service email and only get auto reply saying
To receive a replacement card, please log in to your Payoneer Account and follow these steps:
1. Select the 'Haven’t received your card yet? Click here' button located at the top-center of the screen.
2. Enter your desired address and then proceed to 'Order.'
3. Confirm your security details by entering your date of birth and password.
4. You will get a confirmation message that your new card is being processed, and can view the new card in the Prepaid Card drop-down menu located above your account balance.
for point 1 "Click the button............" i cannot even find the button or the text "havent received your card ....."
until now they havent reply my email
