Hello, I'm in desperate need of some help!
Yesterday I did a withdraw from my account in USD of $700 to my bank account in Taiwan. Today I received a confirmation email from Payoneer that my request has been approved, however, at the bottom it says I will be only be receiving around $600 TWD (around $20 USD) when it should be around $22000 TWD if do the conversion into $700 USD.
Somehow Payoneer assumed the $700 is in TWD currency, not USD currency. Right now I'm unable to get in touch with any live rep on the website. I don't know what to do!
* Not sure if I'm missing out on any fees because 2% of 700 is 686, and that is what Payoneer assumed my withdrew currency is in TWD instead of USD
