Bank ATM Problem

Hello. I tried to take my money from an ATM but a problem occured and the ATM didn't give the money. Even though I didn't get the money, it appears as if I got it in Payoneer. I consulted the bank I tried to take my money from. They said that for the issue to be solved, you should make an application to get the money from that bank. The money I tried to get was $528.80.
