Bank Withdraw not received yet

I transferred $192 from my payoneer to my UBL bank account(PK72 UNIL 0109 0002 4150 0684) ON saturday 23/9/17 ( It's 28/9 now ) and $96 yesterday 25/9/17 but still i didn't receive in my UBL account,please let me know what's the issue? one of my friends transferred yesterday 2 hours after me but he received today
even I contacted to my account support(UBL), they replied "by our side every thing ok your account is activated,ATM is activated and your account is ready to receive any payment but still your account did not receive any payment"
