Withdraw to Egypt in USD ?

Hello,

Been thinking for a while for a method to get my Payoneer balance out in USD, considering I'm living in Egypt.

I've the prepaid card, and have Bank account linked to my Payonner account.

Should I link a USD bank account and then withdrawing to it will send USD not EGP ?
Can I use the prepaid card to get USD instead of EGP anyhow ?
