No More Withdrawal From Paypal to payoneer

Hey everyone,

for over a month i am fighting with PayPal and payoneer so i can get my money withdrawn to my Payoneer card, i tried requesting another First Century bank account from payoneer and i go that approved by PayPal but they approved it as "Verification Only" , so no more withdrawing using First Century Bank or Bank of america , Means payoneer need to allow us to withdraw money directly to our Payoneer cards without Bank transfer accounts.
