IBAN # problem while adding the local bank

Hello,

Kindly advise about IBAN # while adding the bank. I'm trying to add the bank and I've got the IBAN # (24 Alphanumeric) from my local bank, but Payoneer asking for only 24 characters.

Please advise how to get rid of this?
