Status: Processing failed from payoneer to my bank account

Hi

I am located in Thailand and i should receive my second payment from payoneer today but i found the status is "processing failed", as my 1st payment is loaded and transferred. But, for the second payment i did receive yet and the status :processing failed.

I have try live chat with payoneer customer service but they can't help me much and just told me that they will transfer the case to financial department.

I even called my local bank and they can't help me with anything as they told me there a local company who's get the money from Payoneer and transfer to our bank account.

May i know why my status: processing failed?

Can anybody help me? and answer my questions?
