Investment site can we pay and receive money using payoneer?

We are evaluating to offer our associates the possibility to deposit and withdraw money in our investment project.

Our associates are from Spain and Latinamerica, we are a trading and investment company.

the idea is to receive money from them and also pay the respective income to each associates automatically, Can we use payoneer for this?
