Hi, the last week mi account was blocked because I was trying to change my password and I did not remember a security question.
I contacted support and the autoresponder said it would be unlocked in 30 minutes, and the account stay blocked. Then they sent me an e-mail saying they would contact me in 4 business days. Almost 8 days have passed and nothing has happened.
I want to know how I can contact support directly, please no more autoresponders.
