Pending 'Make a Payment'

For Over 60 hours now, my transfer isn't reachable, my contractor is angry; he is not seeing my transaction.
This is the 3rd time I'm having a bad experience with Payoneer, the business might collapse if the payment remain stagnant today. Payment ID is: 40122423
