Letter of Good Standing

I know the process to request this is to contact support which I have done under the following tickets:

170401-000615
170330-003598
170401-000703

I have still not had any feedback on this. What is the exact topic that I should choose when using the Contact US form on the website? I have been through all the options and none of it speaks to getting this letter of good standing.
