please help me

Hi .. Hope so you are fine ... i am facing a problem and i want a help from your side
i use payoneer card for my transaction in Bank Alfalah pakistam but ATM capture my card
and i can not perform trancastion.. after one hour i use my payoneer card in Mcb BAnk
pakistan but they show me that you have not enough balance for this transaction ...
after one day i chek my payoneer and its show me a message that you perform
transaction but on this day i am not use payoneer card in any bank ...
so i have no money in payoneer .... can you solve this issue what happend to me ...
