Hi. I had previously created a discussion here asking how to get a Payoneer euro card branded with Aibnb, since I already have an USD card account. I finally discovered how to do that but I'd need to create a new account with another email. So I created it through the Airbnb site, provided my address in Brazil because I'm Brazilian and I actually live there. Payoneer asked me to send my national ID to them and to provide my address again and so I did. But today I received an email saying the following:

What's the problem? Can't I have an euro card just because I don't live in Europe? I already have two payoneer accounts, an USD card and a checking one and I had no problems to get these accounts approved.
