Why does Firstchoicepay not reply to countless emails??

I have had many issues with my account - i saw that the 4 digit "bank number" i am given doesNt match my last digit of the account number - i raised this issue with them saying it could be incorrect but dont have a sure way to check - the website doesnt show any bank details anywhere even when logged in. Payments came in, all be it late, but still came in. 2 weeks went by i got contact from a person who said i need to provide my date of birth, email adress/username, the new correct details and a printout of current bank statement with correct details on. Great I thought, i supplied and attached the relevant information and again. Nothing. When i emailed again i was sent the same email asking for the same details. I made it apparent that i already supplied the information but added it all again to the current email. A week went past and i got an email saying my account will be blocked until it is resolved. They said if you want it unblocked reply. So i replied saying payments still come in so to leave it unblocked. No replies. No payments. So now large amounts of cash are floating in the interwebs somewhere. Ofcourse i sent another email but no reply. and i feel like there is nothing I can do because the customer service is just not there. I am hoping that maybe someone can shed some light on the potential reasons for this terrible service, or that perhaps a member of the team sees this and can resolve the issue. For all I know the details I supplied are correct, hence why payments used to go through, and the number i saw which looked wrong was just a number generated by first choice.
