need to remove funding sources, can't find topic

I want to remove funding sources from my Payoneer account and everytime I try to contact customer support they are not available

I tried sending emails but I just don't know what topic to choose for my issue and it's getting really frustrating I am seriously considering canceling my account

so if someone could tell me what topic to choose when I'm trying to email payoneer about removing funding resources, or if an agent can help me right now
I would REALLY appreciate it.
