[urgent] Issue with Fund Resource. Neep help

I received my payoneer card week ago. i activated it. It clearly shows that in fund resources the card is linked with my fiverr account i.e XtremeWorker. but the problem is i am unable to transfer money from my fiverr account. The button i.e "Fiverr Revenue card" button in my fiverr account is still disabled. Although it is linked with my payoneer Card.
I contacted Fiverr support community. But they are saying to contact Payoneer support. I am stuck in between. Kindly Help!
