Payment waiting for approval - had to fill out additional info form?

Hi, I recently got a payment from one of my clients and I got a message from Payoneer requesting I fill out a form to get the payment, but I'm pretty sure I filled this out before and I noticed the payment is still pending for some time.
Is everything ok with this payment?
