My card expried but i never had the order a new card option in my customer login area. So i called in to order it. It was first sent by registered mail . I then wanted to speed things up and ordered a second card by DHL. Every call center agent keeps telling me it has been put in place yet i get the email the nex day telling me it is sent by regular mail. How many times can you repeat the same mistake ? How many cards do you need to block to get it right ? Can someone senior please look into this. I am not sure some of the guys at yuor team understand they are handling money. People have bills to pay.
