My customer paid to my GLOBAL PAYMENT SERVICE and the money is stuck under pending for 1 week. VERIFICATIONS KEPT FAILING AND HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 DAYS OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

Firstly i uploaded my website hosting showing my company and full name (REJECTED)
Secondly i uploaded my customer screenshot along with his Bank, Name, Address which was sent to my global payment service account details (REJECTED)
Payoneer does not even advise why the verification was rejected, so how in the world would we know what kind of documents we are suppose to upload????
I thought Paypal was terrible so i switched to Payoneer, looks like im going back to paypal if we need to deal with this kind of stuff. Customer service online does not know anything, might be undertrained. Instructions are not clear and precise.
