Address under Review and Transection Pending's

My address is under review from last 12 day and also my transaction is pending from last 7 day.
What s wrong in my address why it is under review from so many days...
I tried many times to connect through live chat but no agent was available for me.
Please approve my address and clear my pending transaction.
