Payment, Global Payment Service Questionnaire and Address Under Review for MORE THAN A WEEK! HELP!

Hello! I have an upcoming transaction that is still pending. Payoneer team sent an email asking for additional requirements. I already complied all the requirements needed to submit. I provided my passport which they approved on the same day. But the Global payment service questionnaire and address are still under review. More than a week had passed by already. They are also not replying to my email. I need my money.
