Hey guys, I'm new here with a problem and hope this community can help solve this. I'm a blogger and freelancer; from November 2019, I quit blogging and freelancing for some personal reason. As a result, Transactions via Payoneer just totally stopped. After a long break, I started working from last month, and that's it for my back story.
A couple of days back, I had received an email from Payoneer stating, "We have noticed that there has been little or no usage of your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® card ending in XXXX in the past six months. Therefore, to better suit your needs and to avoid unnecessary fees, we are planning to close your card."
With some further instruction regarding the balance available on the card.
Now I want to request to revoke the cancellation order; sadly enough, I didn't found any useful way. I tried the live chat option, which showed me the message stating, "Searching for Agent," and the message option results in a bot reply.
Can anyone here point me in the right direction to request to cancel the card closing order?
