I request for blocked my lost card last month. And have been approved the same day I requested.

And that it. Until now, Payoneer still don't have any next actions for my case.
Although, i contacted them alot.
Mail -> no response.
Call -> wait to end.
And my account look like the new one.
My balance is disappeared.

How can i get back my balance?
I used Payoneer in few years, but i do not withdraw any money yet. I hold it in my account.
And now, I lost all of it.
