My 2nd Withdrawal request get refund from Payoneer to Bank Withdrawal Time.

Hi, I face a strange problem this month on Withdrawal time. I works at Envato Marketplace.
I request two payment withdrawal $2000 and $1371 on same day to My bank Account. I got $2000 on my bank account but $1371 got refund on my Payoneer account.
I open a support request but its urgent for me. Can anyone guide me for a quick solution.
