On 2nd November, i requested a payment, and the Payoneer asked me to complete the form.
the next day they sent me an email :
A payment sent to you is currently on hold.
We have asked the payer to verify their identity by providing further documentation. In the event that the payer does not provide documentation within 7 business days, the payment will be rejected.

i asked the payer and he told me that he sent information needed but right now i see statuts missing information
your support didn't reply anymore and tomorrow ( 5 and 6 Nov ) weekend and they told me thet they reject payment after 7 days , so when i receive reply and when i contact the payer who already recieve the product ?
and why this complicated payment ?
