Where is my payment?

I am concerned about the status of the payment I should receive id# 32656686 as the client provided the relevant information and yet I am seeing where the status is the information is missing. I am annoyed because I have been waiting on this money and the client has paid through this medium before so what is the holdup? Please I dont need another automatic response. The least you guys can do is to check on this for me after-all I should be a valued member.
